Q: How much is the initial license Fee?

A: The initial License Fee, due upon signing the Licensing Agreement is $10,000

Q: How much liquid cash do I need to start a Labor Force branch?

A: We advise that you have at least $80,000 in liquid cash available

Q: How much are royalty fees?

A: Our royalty fee is 3% of gross sales, payable on a weekly basis.

Q: What do I get in return?

A: Continued support and advice (when requested), easy access to established financial and insurance institutions who are familiar with the Labor Force way, use of the LaborSolutions software, access to and use of the company website which funnels employees and customers to you.

Q: Are there any special incentives?

A: Royalty fees are deferred for the first 6 months of your licensing agreement.

Q: What kind of training is offered?

A: Training is an 8 step process, covered in the most part via videolink through Gotomeeting.com. Some training will also take place on your initial visit to Houston. Topics covered include Software, Workers Compensation, Payroll Taxes, Quickbooks and Sales among others.

Q: Do I need experience in the staffing business?

A: Although helpful, experience is not vital. However we will be honest with you and give you our opinion as to whether we think you are suitable for the business.
