Job Description
ASSEMBLER I & II Positions will mainly entail, but not be limited to the following tasks:
PAY DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
• Perform activities in assembly functions
• Perform assembly and material movement functions
• Follow production schedules & communicates with supervisor
• Receive instructions from production supervisor and from operations on production plan
• Fits, aligns, calibrates and adjusts parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating requirements; repairing units or products that have failed to meet requirements
• Inventory control and cycle counts
• Must be able to lift 65-75 lbs.
• Must have knowledge of hand tools
• Must have knowledge Crane Operation
• Maintain a clean working environment
REQUIREMENTS: Experience in the following elements required:
• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• High school diploma or GED required
• Have 1 year of previous assembler experience on a production floor
• Previous experience in a manufacturing operations environment preferred
• Work involves physical demands typically found in a manufacturing environment, such as but not limited to prolonged standing, bending, lifting and/or moving materials
Shifts available:
Monday thru Friday
Assembler I position: 1st shift: 5:00 am – 3:15 pm Pay: $13.50/hour
Assembler I position: 2nd shift: 3:15 pm – 1:45 am Pay: $14.00/hour
Assembler II position: 2nd shift: 3:15 pm – 1:45 am Pay: $15.00/hour
